I’ve heard that writers, poets or anyone who is quite into a creative business is always someone who is like a eccentric (unconventional, unusual) and very different from the society. Who see’s the world from a different perspective and is always a very good observer of his surroundings.
So today when I left for the college in the afternoon, things were pretty as usual, since it’s Mumbai, in rainy season their was bright sun out that can boil you like anything. I’d to get done with some bank work and trust me the 10 minutes in the A.C. were like the few moments of experiencing the heaven.
And after getting done with the bank work, I again prepared myself to deal with the extreme hot climate that was out waiting for me !

To deal with this strong sunlight I decided to do something which I’ve seen a lot but never did , it might be a simple thing but for me a big deal. So I opened the umbrella that was in my bag-pack and continued walking. In the entire street I was the only person to walk with an open umbrella in one hand☂️, this walking journey continued for more than 10 minute. To be honest it was a relief from that heat but it also brought many eyeballs which were starring at me for no business. It was a hell of a experience and I kept walking ahead, and slowly I realised every person who first looked at me astonishingly was back to normal within a fraction of second.

I experienced something which was going in my for a good lot of time,

Even when you act abnormally or in a foolish manner or anything which is not acceptable or appreciated in the society, people will give a little attention and forget your action instantaneously because they are already busy in fixing their own life’s problems.

Overcoming this was indeed a big achievement ! Sadly I still have couple of insecurities or something like that, to give you an anecdote I think

  • I still struggle to put forward my points, opinions in front of my professors during the lectures because… ? (Maybe because)..What will happen if I say something wrong ? What if everybody laughed at me ?..The chain is a little big, but I’m optimist enough that just like this incident many incidents will take place to slowly change myself !

Also, if possible please suggest some solutions to solve such issues !
